Help lead our team and elevate the guest experience. ️ GRANDE KITCHEN & BAR — NOW HIRING OPENING TEAM Latin American Fusion • Berwick ⭐ Assistant Restaurant Manager Support the Restaurant Manager with daily venue operations Lead, train & motivate FOH staff Ensure smooth service and high-quality guest interactions Assist with rostering, stock control & reporting Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards Work closely with kitchen & bar teams to deliver seamless service We’re Looking For Previous hospitality leadership experience Strong communication & people skills A hands‑on, positive, solutions‑focused approach Ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic venue A passion for Latin American food & culture (bonus) Kitchen Staff (Chefs, Cooks, Prep, Kitchen Assistants) Bring the bold flavours of Latin America to Berwick. Positions Available Sous Chef Commis Chefs (Grill, Fry, Sauté) Line & Prep Cooks Kitchen Assistants / Dishwashers Responsibilities Prepare and cook Latin American fusion dishes Maintain a clean, organised kitchen Follow food safety and hygiene standards Support the team during service Assist with prep, storage & consistent dish presentation We’re Looking For Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen Passion for creative, flavour‑driven cuisine Strong attention to detail Teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic ️ Front of House (Servers, Hosts, Runners) Deliver warm hospitality with Latin American energy. Responsibilities Greet and host guests with warmth and personality Provide menu knowledge & take orders accurately Deliver food and drinks efficiently Maintain a clean, inviting dining space Process payments and support guest needs We’re Looking For Great communication & customer‑service skills A friendly, upbeat attitude Ability to multitask in a lively environment Experience preferred, but training is provided Bartenders Craft cocktails inspired by Latin American flavours.
