High-impact transformation role – Lead major system integrations and shape how the organisation operates after a significant business transition. ERP capability leadership – Drive process improvement and uplift financial operations, influencing best-practice system use across the organisation. Strategic stakeholder engagement – Work closely with senior leaders to deliver seamless change, improving efficiency and organisational performance. Role Overview: Senior Business Analyst The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting major system integration and capability uplift initiatives across the organization. This position focuses on two key streams: 1. System Integrations (AAL to Vertaview) Responsible for enabling the successful transition of the All About Living (AAL) business into Vertaview by leading system integration activities, including: Finance Systems: Migration from MYOB Incident Management: Transition from AleaCare to MOA Learning Management: Shift from Elmo Learn to Litmos Key activities include requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring seamless data and process migration. 2. ERP Uplift (FinOps) Current State Assessment & Gap Analysis Process Improvement & Change Guidance Advisory on Best-Practice Utilisation of ERP This stream aims to optimize financial processes, improve system adoption, and drive operational efficiency.
