Your opportunity to join our team We are currently seeking a Security Officer / Gatehouse Attendant to join our team in Osborne Park. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for anyone entering or exiting our site, helping us maintain a secure and well‑managed operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to safety. Shifts & Roster This role operates on a rotating 4-week roster consisting of: 7 Morning Shifts: 3:15 AM – 11:15 AM 7 Afternoon Shifts: 11:15 AM – 7:15 PM 7 Night Shifts: 7:15 PM – 3:15 AM 2 days off between each shift rotation Penalty rates apply: Saturday: 50% loading Sunday: 75% loading Afternoon & Night Shifts: 15% loading on base rate Immediate start Onsite Parking Great employee benefits including product discounts, travel discounts + more Opportunity for future permanent employment Great job security with an ASX listed and stable company The health, safety and wellbeing of our people is our highest priority Fast paced and team focused environment Consistent hours provided weekly Uniforms provided & cleaned by Ingham’s Daily Tasks Performing Gatehouse duties , including greeting and managing entry for staff, visitors, and contractors Operating the weighbridge system to monitor vehicle movement and weight Managing site access control and ensuring compliance with visitor and contractor protocols Carrying out office administration tasks , including recording staff absentees Responding to alarms and assisting with emergency protocols as required Overseeing vehicle access at multiple site entry points Monitoring and updating turnstile and access records Conducting routine site patrols to ensure safety and security What you’ll bring to the role Previous experience in a security, gatehouse or site access control role (preferred) Current Security Officer licence and any other relevant clearances (e.g. First Aid – desirable) Ability to work across all three shift types in a rotating roster Good communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure Basic computer skills for data entry and site access records A strong sense of responsibility, integrity and reliability We’re looking for people who arecurious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
