We are accepting both casual and full-time applications , with final employment type dependent on your experience, capability, and trial performance. Salary: Casual: Award Rates – Restaurant Industry Award 2020 (Cook Level 3 or Level 4 depending on experience). Full-Time: $65,000–$75,000 per year (excluding super), depending on experience. Location: Di Francesco Cucina – 8 Whiteman St, Southbank VIC 3006 Required 2-3 years experience as a Commis or CDP Chef in a fast-paced Restaurants Strong foundational cooking skills and confidence working independently Ability to work efficiently during busy services Strong communication skills and reliability Commitment to kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed Experience with pasta and Italian cuisine is advantageous, though experienced chefs from fast-paced venues will also be considered.
