Join to apply for the Manager - Strategy & Consulting role at CyberCX Position Summary & Primary Objectives Reporting to the Senior Manager or Director - Strategy & Consulting, the Manager - Strategy & Consulting is responsible for leading project teams of Strategy & Consulting specialists and acting as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations. This is achieved by providing direction and support to consultants as part of engagement teams, and through building client trust by communicating with influence, demonstrating excellence in planning and execution, and contributing deep cyber security knowledge. Key Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning Manage all or part of a relationship with customers, including change management, account planning, and development of key relationships to lead to follow‑on work Manage engagement teams, including project scoping and definition, work plan development and implementation, meeting preparation and facilitation, and project management Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to complete product implementation and preparation of major strategic proposals Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value‑creating opportunities, developing cohesive conclusions, and presenting key findings at the executive level Identify, recommend, and establish innovative service offerings and ways to improve existing approaches through a thorough analysis and consultation process. Foster a culture of excellence. Challenge the way we do things and look for opportunities to improve on an ongoing basis Actively build cross‑Practice and cross‑Function collaboration across CyberCX and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships and cross‑pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers Lead, coach and build high performing Strategy & Consulting Practice teams by developing others’ skills and increasing knowledge of CyberCX and Practice products, services, capabilities Create a culture of empowerment and accountability through consistent engagement, stretch and coaching. Understand each team member’s skills, drivers and aspirations Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills 5 years’ experience working for a global consulting firm or large technology company in cyber security, ideally with experience across privacy or data management or strategic risk. Ability to communicate ideas and concepts with structure, clarity, and precision Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, business administration, accounting, finance, information system, computer engineering or related field is preferred.
