Receptionist - Maven Dental Morley

We are looking for a part‑time Receptionist who will feel valued, supported, and part of a welcoming team. Join our patient‑focused practices at Maven Dental Morley and Maven Dental Duncraig — proudly supported by Australasia’s largest dental network. Schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays at Maven Dental Morley; Fridays at Maven Dental Duncraig, with additional ad‑hoc days to cover sick leave, time off, and holidays. Job Description Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression. Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic’s schedule. Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests. Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed. Provide outstanding patient care. Responsible for appropriate appointment scheduling. Tend to patients’ needs in relation to appointments, medical letters, finances and reporting. Complete admin tasks in a timely manner. Effectively fulfil admin requirements delegated from clinicians or senior team members. Qualifications Must have Dental Reception experience. Proficient in dental terminology and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
