Senior Project Officer The Senior Project Officer role is part of a team driving real change for children and families. As a member of the implementation team, you'll help embed evidence‑informed approaches across the family services system, working closely with providers and partners to lift practice capability and improve outcomes for some of Victoria's most vulnerable children. Building on the success of the Family Preservation and Reunification Response, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑impact projects. Responsibilities Lead innovative projects that keep families together and reunite children in care Work with passionate and diverse providers to embed evidence‑informed practice and collect and interpret their own outcomes data Build expertise in the cutting‑edge field of implementation science Collaborate with sector leaders to create lasting system‑wide change Accountabilities Support the implementation of key components of the Restoring Families service response for families with multiple, complex needs across provider agencies in Victoria within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters. Rapidly learn the methods required to support the uptake of evidence‑based practices and strategies and transfer this knowledge and skill set to provider agencies. Enhance the capacity of provider agency staff and leadership to embed evidence‑informed interventions, drive practice change and other implementation efforts through the development of tailored implementation plans and support.
