The Role You’ll be the welcoming face of our Lismore branch , helping walk-in customers, answering inquiries, and guiding people toward the right product solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage reception duties, including answering inbound calls and general inquiries Perform banking, act as timekeeper, and upload safety/competence records in Oracle Coordinate with internal teams (credit, delivery, technical) to ensure smooth operations Assist with showroom administration and maintain accurate records Conduct pre-production calls to customers and scan/upload completed sales orders into Oracle Develop product knowledge from technical specifications through to installation advice Create accurate quotes using V6 software and process smaller sales Follow up on leads and help convert showroom visits into confirmed orders Meet key targets around quote accuracy, follow-up, response time, and customer satisfaction About You You’re eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and motivated to provide a positive customer experience. You’re technically minded, comfortable with numbers, and just as confident at a computer as you are face-to-face with customers. Friendly, professional, and eager to learn Comfortable using computers and learning new software Enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service Motivated to grow your skills and take on new challenges Attention to detail and ability to follow processes Experience in a trade, technical field, or sales is a bonus but not essential This role can also be a stepping stone into a Sales Representative position within the G.James Group for those who want to grow.
