We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in our showroom. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to enhance their spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and collaborate with industry professionals. Key Responsibilities Driving sales growth and contributing to company objectives Achieve sales targets for retail showroom Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing product information and guidance. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products to meet their needs. Prepare and present quotations, ensuring accuracy and clarity in pricing and specifications. Experience with loading and unloading goods, managing stock, and handling despatch tasks Providing exceptional customer service and support, both pre and post-sales with customers and head office Maintaining showroom standards to the highest level What We're Looking For Prior experience in sales and customer service, ideally within a showroom environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professionalism, maturity, and enthusiasm What we offer Enjoy the freedom to work autonomously and independently, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment Learn as you go with practical training and supportive mentoring from experienced team members Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment.
