Senior People & Culture Business Partner Join to apply for the Senior People & Culture Business Partner role at Metcash. Based in Truganina, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland. You’ll collaborate with our logistics and state sales teams to design and deliver people strategies that drive strong commercial outcomes. In this role Partner with leaders to align workforce strategy with business priorities and outcomes. Lead change initiatives alongside significant growth agendas. Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies for critical roles. Drive culture and people experience changes, ensuring our people are highly engaged, supported, and thriving. Build leadership capability to drive great culture, performance, and enable future growth. Champion a performance culture focused on delivery, engagement, and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with central and shared HR functions to deliver highly efficient and valued services. Activate and implement nation and enterprise‑wide P&C initiatives. You’re a match if Experience in People & Culture within a generalist or business‑partnering capacity. Strong expertise in organisational change, cultural transformation, and workforce planning. Experience driving culture, improving leadership, building talent pipelines and delivering a strong people experience. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment (FMCG experience highly regarded). Demonstrated success in building strong stakeholder relationships across diverse levels and functions, and ability to coach, influence and develop senior leaders. Resilient, agile and solutions‑oriented, with a passion for delivering impactful results. Flexibility to travel interstate regularly, supporting teams across multiple states.
