About Us: Belgravia Apparel is the largest domestic manufacturer of custom clothing, located in a modern, air-conditioned factory at Mawson Lakes. We specialize in high-quality printed clothing, including custom team uniforms, school uniforms, corporate apparel, and more. As the exclusive New Balance teamwear licensee for Australia and New Zealand, we proudly serve top-tier clients like Brisbane Lions, Melbourne FC, West Coast Fever, GWS Giants, Melbourne Mavericks, Gold Coast Suns FC and many others. About the Role: As a Direct to Film (DTF) Print Operator , you’ll be at the forefront of producing vibrant, high-quality prints directly onto garments using cutting-edge DTF printing technology. You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure each design is perfectly transferred with precision and consistency, playing a crucial role in meeting the high standards of our well-known clients. Primary Responsibilities: DTF Print Operation : Set up and operate advanced DTF print systems, ensuring vibrant, high-quality prints are applied to fabrics. Film & Transfer Preparation : Handle film printing and heat transfer processes, ensuring that all steps are followed with precision for flawless results. Quality Control : Inspect finished prints for consistency and quality, ensuring each garment meets our premium standards. Workplace Cleanliness & Safety : Maintain an organized and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety protocols. Training & Development : Engage in continuous training to expand your skills and stay up to date with the latest DTF printing techniques and technologies. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience as a print operator, DTF experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work. A proactive, team-oriented approach to your work.
