Are you a creative, data-driven fundraiser ready to make a real impact? Join RSPCA SA and help power life‑changing work for animals across South Australia. We’re looking for a strategic, results‑driven Direct Fundraising Lead to lead our individual giving program and direct mail appeals. You’ll be responsible for building and executing campaigns that engage and inspire supporters, grow our donor base, and maximise revenue across channels such as direct mail, digital and telemarketing. Your work will directly support better outcomes for animals across South Australia. Hybrid working arrangements with two days working from home (after probation period is successfully completed). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strong multi‑channel direct fundraising strategies that meet or exceed income targets. Lead and manage our Individual Giving program. Use insights and innovation to lead and grow our direct and digital fundraising programs. Analyse and report on fundraising performance to optimise campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, ensuring excellent donor experience. Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling fundraising appeals. About You Proven experience in direct fundraising, preferably in the not‑for‑profit sector. Strong understanding of multi‑channel fundraising and donor engagement strategies. Sound strategic insight to deliver successful fundraising campaigns. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage fundraising platforms, microsites and creative coordination. A hands‑on, positive approach.
