Zenith is looking for a Digital Performance Manager to step into a key role that blends hands‑on digital activation, team leadership and genuine client partnership across some of Australia’s most exciting brands. As our Performance Manager, you will lead the planning, negotiation, activation and optimisation of digital media activity across search, social and programmatic. You will guide and develop Digital Executives & Coordinators, ensuring smooth delivery, strong performance and a high standard of client service. You will also work closely with our Digital Director and the broader activation team to elevate processes, improve performance outcomes and champion best practice. With a strong focus on lower funnel activity, reporting and data insights, you will help our clients understand what is happening in‑platform and how to continue improving. This role offers meaningful flexibility, opportunities to learn future‑facing tools including AI and analytics, and the chance to work on brands that are genuinely pushing the boundaries of digital. What You Will Do Client and Campaign Leadership Lead the implementation and optimisation of digital campaigns across search, social, programmatic, YouTube, display and more. Partner with clients on performance reporting, insights, platform updates and improvement opportunities. Oversee digital buying accuracy, budgeting, billing and commercial requirements. Build strong relationships with media partners using clear, timely briefs and feedback. Team Development and Ways of Working Manage and mentor Digital Executives, Coordinators and offshore team members. Drive collaboration, knowledge sharing and upskilling across all performance channels. Foster a supportive, positive team culture that aligns with Zenith and Publicis Groupe values. Leadership in Performance and Innovation Elevate performance through data insights, testing roadmaps and best practice recommendations. Support the Digital Director in workflow management, quality control and process improvements. Contribute to new business opportunities when required. Stay close to emerging tools, AI capabilities and platform innovation. What You Will Bring Experience Experience in a digital marketing or media agency role. Strong hands‑on experience in Search and Social is essential. Working knowledge of programmatic, DV360, YouTube and performance measurement. Confidence presenting insights, platform results and recommendations to clients. Experience managing and coaching junior team members. Technical Skills Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CM360, DV360, SA360 and analytics platforms. Understanding of tracking, pixels, tagging, compliance and trafficking workflows. Strong capability across PowerPoint, Excel and digital reporting tools. Ability to solve account queries, manage campaign finance and maintain compliance.
