We’re looking for a Practice Manager to join our vibrant and patient-focused medical practice , where your leadership will directly impact the quality of care we provide to our community. We are a well-established GP medical practice committed to delivering exceptional, holistic care to our patients. With a strong reputation in the community, our clinic is home to a dedicated team of GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff who work collaboratively in a supportive and modern environment. As our Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the clinic. You’ll lead a passionate team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care and service. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Maintain and optimise practice management systems Manage appointments, referrals, and medical correspondence Liaise with GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, and external service providers Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff Drive improvements in patient experience and operational efficiency Liaise with external stakeholders including Medicare and suppliers Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards and accreditation requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Practice Manager or similar leadership role in a medical setting Strong understanding of Medicare billing, MBS items, and accreditation standards Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in medical software (e.g., Best Practice Software) A proactive, organized, and compassionate approach to leadership Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Ready to lead with purpose and make a difference in healthcare?Apply now with your resume and a short cover letter.
