What you’ll be doing Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the best Reef Adventures experience to suit their preferences. Actively promoting a range of local tours, diving and snorkelling adventures through effective sales techniques at our Tour Booking Desk. Generating sales leads and converting enquiries into bookings through face-to-face, phone and digital interactions. Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies to raise awareness of the Reef Adventures brand. Collaborating with the marketing team to produce compelling content for our website, social media and other promotional channels. Providing outstanding customer service and resolving any customer queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting on key performance metrics. What we’re looking for Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within the tourism or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Creativity and flair for developing innovative marketing campaigns and content. Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms to support website improvements and social media marketing. Enthusiasm for the Great Barrier Reef and a passion for sharing its wonders with visitors.
