The CaPTA Group of Companies, a locally owned and operated tourism leader since 1976, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will use a mix of technical and creative skills to optimise website traffic and sales for our world-famous wildlife parks and tourism operations Why Join the CaPTA Group? As the Digital Marketing Executive, your primary focus is to own and manage the operational marketing workflow, ensuring all digital tasks and campaigns are executed efficiently and measured accurately. Key Responsibilities Workflow Management (Primary Focus): Act as the owner of the Marketing Request System , processing requests, managing scheduling, and liaising between management, creative, and operational teams to ensure all campaign tasks meet deadlines. Digital Campaign Execution: Implement and manage tactical execution of digital promotions, EDMs , SEM campaigns (Google Ads, social), and coordinate agreed-upon SEO tasks and website updates across all Group sites. Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyse, and compile comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels, providing actionable insights to the Manager. Website Integrity: Perform routine website maintenance and content updates, ensuring all site information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with current brand guidelines. WHS & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all CaPTA Group policies, WHS procedures, and environmental sustainability goals. What We're Looking For: Your Passion & Skills A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in a dedicated digital marketing or media coordination role. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Proficiency in website Content Management Systems (CMS ) such as WordPress . Proficiency in using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite ) and social media platforms for business. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital data and generate actionable reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Valid Australian Driver's License (required). Proficiency in public relations and advertising across traditional media (print, TV, and radio) also desirable. Knowledge and experience within the Tourism Industry.
