Project Manager, Professional Development (AdSchool) - Part-Time (2 Days/Week) Advertising Council Australia (ACA) - Sydney/Hybrid Are you ready to make a significant impact on the future of Australian advertising? The Advertising Council Australia (ACA), the peak body for Australia’s leading advertising agencies, is looking for a driven and passionate Project Manager to join our Professional Development team. This is a rare opportunity for a flexible, permanent role, working just 2 days per week. This position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking a return-to-work opportunity, former agency staff looking for better work-life balance, or ambitious graduates eager to shape industry talent development. Overview As our Project Manager, you will be the engine behind AdSchool , our industry-leading professional development program. You will combine your project coordination skills with a natural flair for promotion and relationship building. Key Focus and Responsibilities Program Delivery & Administration: Manage the seamless end-to-end operation of AdSchool courses (in-person and virtual), including internal administration and ensuring all participant/facilitator resources are ready. Engagement & Promotion: Actively promote and 'sell' courses to member and non-member agencies, driving engagement and boosting registrations. Relationship Management: Be the central contact for course participants, potential attendees, facilitators, and speakers. Your strong communication will be key to fostering strong industry relationships. System Development: Assist with streamlining PD tools (Learn Portal/Content Hub) and the exciting scoping and roll-out of a new Learning Management System (LMS). Marketing Support: Update website content (WordPress) and provide crucial social media/digital marketing support to enhance AdSchool’s visibility. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project management, events, or training administration role. A natural customer service focus and excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person). Experience using CRM and/or LMS programs (e.g., Arlo, Klaviyo a bonus). Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
