Accounts Payable Officer Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site - Port Kembla Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a leading organisation based in Port Kembla . This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a small, collaborative finance team in a permanent, full-time role. About the Role As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will: Process domestic and foreign currency invoices in line with company policies. Allocate invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts. Maintain and update vendor information in the ERP system. Match purchase orders and invoices, investigating discrepancies. Prepare month-end accruals and reconcile creditor statements. Handle employee expense claims and support internal/external audits. Provide Treasury Back Office support, including FX deal checks and settlement payments. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and high-volume processing. Strong numeracy and data entry skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is an advantage. High School Certificate or equivalent; TAFE or similar accounting qualification preferred.
