They are expanding their Brisbane office and seeking a Senior Civil Engineer who is not only technically proficient but also adept at managing client and council relationships. Qualifications and Skills We Seek : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 4+ years of civil engineering experience, currently operating as a senior Civil engineer or aspiring to step into the role. Expertise and solid understanding in earthworks, subdivisions, drainage, and broader urban development. Design experience is crucial, with proficiency in software such as 12D and AutoCAD. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, councils, and the internal design team. In-depth knowledge of local standards and systems, including those of Local Councils, TMR, and relevant authorities. Ability to build and maintain client relationships while enhancing existing ones. Advantageous to hold a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) / National Engineer Register (NER) accreditation. Strong time management skills and attention to detail to meet project deadlines effectively. Proficiency in managing commercial risks and exercising sound judgement.
