National Pharmacies is seeking a Sleep Apnoea Consultant or an experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking to upskill to Sleep Apnoea Consultant for our Glenelg Pharmacy. About the role In this permanent part time position, you’ll support the community by playinga key role in the pharmacy by diagnosing and managing sleep related conditions. With the appropriate training provided, you will deliver a high level of care and education during patient treatment and help enhance sleep, health and quality of life. If you are a passionate individual who cares about their community and loves all things health, wellbeing and retail then this opportunity as a National Pharmacies brand ambassador is for you Wk 1: Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm (14.5 hrs) Wk 2: Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm (14.5 hrs) Wk 3:Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 5pm-9pm (26 hrs) Wk 4:Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, Sunday 5pm-9pm (22.5 hrs) Key responsibilities Carry out comprehensive consultations for sleep Appatients. Offer CPAP therapy education, mask fitting and patient support Interpret clinical reports Stock control of sleep Ap stock Promoting Sleep Ap services Technical competence using Microsoft office suite and other programs About you Previous experience as a Sleep Apnoea Consultant or Pharmacy Assistant with a desire to broaden out and learn more about this specialised service Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a busy environment by serving multiple customers at once and multi-tasking A positive, collaborative and team-oriented attitude Passion for customer service, health and well-being Community minded Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (advantageous but not required) As a member of our team, you will enjoy: On the job training Supportive team and workplace culture Attractive staff discount across health, beauty and optical products.
