The Opportunity As the General Manager – Marketing you'll lead Netwealth's marketing function and drive growth through strategic brand positioning, integrated campaigns and digital innovation. This is a senior leadership role with significant scope to shape the future of our brand and market presence. You’ll join at an exciting time. Our brand research project is almost complete, and you'll own the delivery and execution, bringing creative interpretation to life. Leading a highly capable team, you'll have the resources and freedom to make a real impact. You’ll set strategic direction, empower your team, and ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with senior executives, influencing decisions on marketing strategy, brand positioning and growth priorities. What you'll do; Lead and develop a mid-sized marketing team, building capability and driving high performance Deliver a refreshed brand strategy with creative freedom and strategic clarity Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across content, events, partnerships and digital channels Increase digital marketing investment with strong focus on ROI and data-driven decision‑making Ensure compliance with financial services regulations while maintaining creative effectiveness Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, commercially effective marketing initiatives Build a culture of empowerment, accountability and continuous improvement About you You're an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record in SaaS or technology-driven businesses. Financial Services experience is a bonus, but not essential. You fully embrace your team’s success, unlocking potential and fostering autonomy and confidence. You create an environment where people thrive, feel valued, and work together to deliver exceptional outcomes.
