Business Traineeship - January 2026 commencement MRAEL Apprentice and Trainee Vacancies – Hervey Bay QLD Traineeship, Full time No experience required Are you enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to kick-start your career in business administration? This full-time role, based in our Hervey Bay office, offers hands‑on experience while you complete a Certificate III in Business. We are offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and dynamic industry whilst working towards a Certificate III in Business, commencing in January 2026 As a Business Administration Trainee, will play a key role in supporting our Apprentice and Employment Consultants and provide general administrative support. Duties will include, but not limited to: Team Collaboration – Working closely with internal departments to coordinate processes and deliver efficient outcomes Business Support Services – Providing high-quality administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations across MRAEL’s workforce and training programs. Compliance & Data Management – Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organisational standards. Administrative Support – Carry out various administration duties Processing – Assisting with processing Apprentice and Trainee sign‑up paperwork Onboarding Coordination – Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth onboarding and management of Apprentices Reporting – Assist with maintaining stakeholder databases and completing reporting The role will be full time Monday-Friday based within the MRAEL Hervey Bay Office.
