With growth comes opportunity, and they are now looking for a qualified Plumber who loves customer interaction, sales, quoting and delivering a premium service experience to homeowners. A great opportunity to take a step off the tools Based on the Gold Coast, the role covers Tweed Heads through to the Northern Gold Coast, making it perfect for someone located in either the Gold Coast or Northern NSW. The team brings extensive experience across domestic maintenance plumbing and prides itself on professionalism, reliability and exceptional customer service. About the Role This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced, qualified plumber who's ready to step into a customer-facing sales and service role. Reporting directly to the hands‑on Lead Plumber, you'll be the friendly face in customers' homes—diagnosing issues, providing options, quoting on the spot and recommending the best solutions while representing the business with professionalism and integrity. You'll still use your plumbing expertise daily, but your focus will be on service, communication, quoting and upselling rather than heavy hands‑on labour. Responsibilities Attending residential maintenance jobs and conducting professional plumbing assessments Providing clear explanations of issues and presenting solution options to customers Preparing and delivering on‑the‑spot quotes Upselling premium products, replacements and preventative solutions Building strong client relationships through exceptional customer service Completing light plumbing tasks where required to support the job Ensuring accurate job documentation and billing through the company system Representing the business in a professional, respectful manner at all times Skills & Experience Cert III in Plumbing or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic / residential plumbing Strong communicator with confidence in customer‑facing interactions Comfortable discussing pricing, options, upgrades and solutions with homeowners QBCC Plumbing Licence (mandatory) Gas fitting experience an advantage Australian Driver's Licence Ability to work autonomously, think on your feet and manage your own jobs Personable, trustworthy and able to build rapport quickly Culture The team is down‑to‑earth, hardworking and supportive.
