The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to lead our client liaison team and ensure participants and their families experience seamless, supportive, and personalised NDIS services. This senior role combines strong leadership, expert knowledge of NDIS processes, funding management and a commitment to participant‑centered outcomes. You will oversee client intake, service agreements, Rosters of Care, and client funding management, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards while optimising participant outcomes. This role also partners with operational teams, finance, and external stakeholders to deliver efficient, high‑quality services. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop the client liaison team. Manage client intake, plan reviews, and Rosters of Care, ensuring funding and service alignment. Ensure NDIS compliance, monitor funding utilisation, and report key metrics to executive management. Collaborate across teams to optimise operational efficiency and participant satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in service delivery. What You Bring Minimum Cert IV in Disability Services or equivalent experience. Deep understanding of NDIS frameworks, pricing, and funding structures. Experience in support coordination, financial management, and service agreement development. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in client management systems, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting. Requirements NDIS Worker Check, National Police Certificate, and DHS Working with Children Check. Valid Australian driver's licence; occasional travel may be required.
