Join YNLHN and contribute to the country‑wide Transition Care Program and other GP Plus services, delivering restorative care that makes a real difference across the region. Key Responsibilities Deliver innovative allied health services for Transition Care clients. Support consistent, high‑quality delivery of Transition Care and GP Plus programs. Build the skills and knowledge of regional Allied Health professionals in restorative care. Assist in the development of other staff to adopt a restorative approach to care planning and delivery. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated, collaborative Allied Health professional with experience in restorative care and community‑based service delivery. You’ll be confident providing high‑quality care, supporting team development, and sharing expertise with colleagues across the region. Your initiative, communication skills, and commitment to improving client outcomes will make you a valuable member of our team. Allied health services are based at Port Pirie GP Plus, which has fit for purpose clinical areas, group rooms and resources.
