Powered by Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Support Coordinator, based in Hobart, TAS, with some work from home flexibility. The Support Coordinator will assist clients by providing excellent customer service, managing cases, and delivering technical support. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, addressing inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders. The role involves maintaining accurate records and providing solutions tailored to individual needs to ensure client satisfaction and success.
