Customer Service and Sales Consultant

Easy Peasy Removals seeks a full-time and long-term Customer Service and Sales Consultant. Based in Prahran, you'll handle inbound bookings and inquiries, supporting clients in scheduling moving services. Duties Handle inbound phone calls, guiding customers through the booking process and quoting the service. No cold calls - ever Follow up on quoted leads that did not book during the initial call. Keep booking inquiries for Melbourne and Sydney leads accurately updated in the CRM system. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely service updates. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers. Skills and experience Excellent communication skills, both via phone and email. Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive) and CRM experience. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles. Phone-based sales experience is essential for this role. A positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a resilient mindset. Police check is required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain it. Compensation and Benefits Base salary paid weekly , plus generous bonuses based on booking performance and superannuation. Company-provided laptop and a centrally located office in Prahran near cafes, restaurants, and public transport. Supportive, close-knit team with flat management structure and ongoing training. Onsite role, Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm—no weekends or overtime. This is a full-time position, and full working rights are required.
