Job Description We are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager with leadership capabilities and attention to detail; you will be goal oriented and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manner. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus Greencross Vets Mandurah is the perfect practice for a senior vet nurse with existing leadership experience and a great sense of humour to join a team of positive and outgoing nurses and passionate veterinarians. Your new role will see you; Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience, exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses Your skills & experience; Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience) Genuine care for clients, patients and your team Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills Excellent animal handling skills An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Good business insight and organisational skills Additional Information Discounts on vet services Discounts on retail products at Petbarn Explore and enjoy our comprehensive continuing education program Opportunity for expenses to be covered to become an AVNAT Registered Veterinary Nurse & VNCA Member Interested?
