HR Manager (Part-Time / ER Focus) Join to apply for the HR Manager role at PERSOL APAC Location: Brisbane CBD, QLD | Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time (25hrs per week) About the Role PERSOL is partnering with a leading IT company to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Manager. This hands‑on role is ideal for a professional who thrives on building HR frameworks, supporting managers, and driving strong employee engagement practices. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will focus on improving HR processes, supporting area managers, and ensuring HR policies are current and effective. You'll lead onboarding and recruitment for general roles and provide guidance on employee relations matters, all while working independently. Key Responsibilities Support managers with employee relations, performance management, investigations, and grievances, or advise when external support is needed. Lead recruitment and onboarding for general roles. Assist with HR process improvements, including 30‑60‑90 day success plans, documentation, and training frameworks. Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies and procedures. Manage administrative HR tasks autonomously while collaborating with leadership to establish best practices. Skills & Experience Proven experience in HR generalist and/or employee relations functions. Strong understanding of HR frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
