Join a leading global service based organisation as a Part-Time HR Business Partner. You will be key to taking the People Culture function to the next level. We are seeking a HR professional to manage a full suite of generalist HR duties for our national client group. This permanent, part-time position offers the perfect blend of strategic involvement without the full-time commitment. Strategic Partnership Report to and work closely with the Head of People Culture, providing expert advice and leadership guidance across the business. Flexible Locations Enjoy the flexibility of alternating between the CBD or southside offices. High-Impact Projects Play a crucial role in key initiatives, including the implementation of a new HRIS platform and driving change management strategies. Change Champion Serving as a Change Champion as the team grows and evolves. High Visibility Work directly with leadership and make tangible contributions to the business. Be the Expert Leverage your HR experience to drive strategic change without the pressure of an overwhelming full-time workload.
