Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Kellyville, NSW, with opportunities to work both onsite and remotely. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing and managing children with speech, language, and communication disorders. The role also involves creating individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one sessions, collaborating with educators and families, and providing home-based resources. The candidate will contribute to implementing evidence-based practices and innovative programs like the Speech Sound Read (SSR) Program to support each child's unique communication goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy, assessment, and intervention methods Experience in managing Speech, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, families, and educators Commitment to culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming practices Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or a related field Appropriate certification and eligibility to work as a Speech Pathologist in Australia Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
