The Opportunity Are you ready to shape the future of one of Australia’s leading property groups? Based in our Sydney Head Office and reporting to the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, you’ll contribute to Stockland’s long-term success by driving analysis and execution of complex capital markets transactions – including mergers, acquisitions, capital partnerships, and divestments. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and gain exposure to strategic decision-making at the highest level. What You’ll Do Lead financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio analysis for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestments. Prepare high-impact presentations and board papers for senior leadership and the Board. Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence outcomes and deliver strategic objectives. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture that values innovation and integrity. Ensure CR&S and HS&E considerations are embedded in all capital transaction opportunities. About You Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with a strong quantitative focus. Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets – ideally with exposure to M&A or strategic transactions. Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with strong proficiency in Excel. Exceptional analytical ability combined with commercial acumen and attention to detail. Strong communication skills – able to present complex ideas clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
