Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator Gilly's Australia | Malaga, WA Full-time, permanent | Monday to Friday (family-friendly hours) Focus: Finished goods only (no production / no raw materials) This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being on the tools in a warehouse environment. You'll spend a significant portion of your day picking, packing and dispatching orders, while also owning the basics that keep the warehouse running: inventory accuracy, receiving, warehouse upkeep, and safety. It will lead to a more inventory/systems focused position in the future. The Opportunity This role is central to keeping orders flowing and the warehouse running smoothly. The role is split roughly 50% fulfilment & dispatch and 50% inventory control and warehouse standards. You'll take ownership of dispatch accuracy, finished goods inventory control, freight coordination, and maintaining a safe, organised warehouse. Tasks & Responsibilities Fulfilment & Dispatch Pick, pack and dispatch daily orders (retail and wholesale as required) Create labels and dispatch paperwork; coordinate carrier pickups and bookings Receive and put away finished goods and returned stock; resolve discrepancies quickly Maintain packing standards to minimise damage, rework and pick errors Prepare pallets and export documentation when required Ability to lift up to 20kg as required for warehouse operations Inventory, Warehouse Standards & Systems Maintain accurate finished goods inventory: cycle counts, stocktakes and variance investigation Maintain warehouse locations, labelling and put‑away standards; support FIFO/batch practices where relevant Coordinate freight issues and delivery exceptions; lodge claims and follow up as needed Keep warehouse housekeeping and safety standards high: clear aisles, safe storage, basic checks, tidy work areas Keep warehouse consumables stocked (cartons, labels, tape, PPE) and reorder proactively Document and improve simple SOPs so the team spends less time firefighting About You Proven experience in warehousing, pick/pack, dispatch and receiving Strong attention to detail - accuracy and care matter here Comfortable learning systems and following/checking processes Reliable, organised and calm under pressure during busy periods Positive communicator who takes ownership and keeps the warehouse tidy and safe Nice to have (not essential) Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Experience with inventory/dispatch software (Unleashed/ERP/MRP, Shopify/E‑commerce platforms, StarShipit/Shipping software) Experience coordinating freight or dealing with carrier exceptions/claims Why You'll Love Working Here Stable, full-time role in a growing Australian manufacturer Work closely with leadership in a small team where your work is visible and valued Ownership and variety across dispatch, inventory and warehouse standards A practical, supportive culture with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement Malaga location with onsite parking How to Apply If you enjoy hands‑on warehouse work, take pride in accuracy, and want genuine ownership in a small team, we'd love to hear from you.
