Update profile visibility Skip to content We're looking for a Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager to lead our team and operations. You'll keep stock flowing, people supported, and dispatch running smoothly — with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and practical improvement. What you’ll be doing Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Coach and support a high performing team safely and consistently. Maintain strong inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigations. Keep the warehouse organised and efficient (clear processes, tidy space, good flow). Work with internal teams and carriers to keep orders moving and customers happy. Track KPIs and implement improvements that make work easier and outcomes better. This role could be perfect for you if… a BOH Retail / Stockroom / Inventory Lead ready to take your operational skills into a dedicated warehouse environment, or an experienced warehouse supervisor/team leader ready to step up into full ownership. Either way, if you like running a tight ship and building a strong team culture, we want to meet you. What you’ll bring Leadership experience in warehouse/logistics or back-of-house retail operations (stock control, replenishment, dispatch). Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience. Strong inventory discipline. You care about accuracy and you follow the trail^ when things don’t add up. A safety-first mindset and confidence setting clear standards. Comfort using WMS (or the ability to learn quickly). Calm, practical problem-solving. Especially when it's busy Bonus points if you have: forklift licence/MHE experience, WMS experience. — (No new content added) What you’ll get A role with real ownership and the ability to make improvements that stick.
