Selection Criteria Tertiary qualification as a Speech Pathologist and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Effective prioritisation and organisation of own work/caseload across a regional area. Commitment to quality improvement and evidence‑based practice relevant to clinical discipline. Current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to drive/travel, including long distances, as required by the role.
