Why This Role Matters As the Creative Lead & Studio Manager, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to deliver innovative, high‑quality creative outputs. You’ll manage studio operations, mentor designers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to bring ideas to life. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering creativity and professional growth. Develop and implement a creative vision aligned with company goals. Oversee design projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency. Manage studio operations, budgets, and project timelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies. Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into design strategies. What You’ll Bring Experience: 5–7+ years in a similar role, with proven leadership in a creative design environment. Skills: Creative and strategic thinking, leadership, project management, client engagement, and strong organizational ability. Technical: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
