Role Summary We are looking for a Creative Performance Media Buyer with deep experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads. This is a strategic role where you will set direction, drive execution, and oversee performance. You will also manage one direct report, providing guidance on campaign management, optimisation, and analysis. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action are core to this role. Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end media strategy with Meta as the lead channel. Use our creative analysis framework to understand patterns in each account. Manage client relationships from brief to delivery and performance reports. Build profitability reports for e-commerce accounts that need it. Work closely with lead generation clients’ sales/accounts team to understand and report on business performance. Guide one direct report across execution, setup checks, optimisation, and reporting. Review budgets and make clear spend decisions to scale revenue and profit. Audit account structures and tracking and use automation where it helps. Break down performance by creative, audience, and bid signals and turn it into actions and reports. Develop and present Quarterly Business Reviews to retain clients. Build and run test frameworks that focus on creative first, then audiences and bids. Work with the creative team and brief them with clear insights drawn from performance data and creative patterns. Work with the Head of Paid Media to improve processes across Growth and Creative. Skills and Experience 5+ years in paid media with clear proof of account leadership. Strong hands‑on knowledge with Meta Ads. Good working knowledge of Google and TikTok. Experience in ecommerce and lead generation. Ability to read large datasets and turn them into simple conclusions. Experience managing or mentoring at least one team member. Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and reporting tools. Nice to Have Familiarity with Looker Studio or other reporting dashboards. Familiarity with profitability platforms like BeProfit, Profit Peak etc. Understanding of CRO fundamentals and landing page testing.
