Join to apply for the Change Manager role at Centric Centric are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join us on an imperative Re-Platforming Project until the end of October 2026. This role is part‑time (3 days per week), with flexibility to increase hours during critical periods. It is also flexible on being based in Sydney or Melbourne for the right candidate. In this role, you’ll lead the change management strategy to ensure successful completion and adoption of the upgraded platform. You’ll drive people, process, and communication initiatives to enable a smooth transition for internal teams, advisers, clients, and trustees. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive change management framework aligned with project milestones Conduct impact assessments and define business readiness criteria Design and deliver communication and engagement plans across multiple channels Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain engagement throughout the program Track adoption metrics and provide regular reporting to the Steering Committee Support business transition planning and post-implementation reviews About You Proven experience in change management within large-scale transformation programs Proven experience in technology or platform migrations, must have experience within Wealth Management Demonstrated experience in business readiness and operational change delivery Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Familiarity with APRA/ASIC regulatory frameworks and trustee governance is desirable Certification in PROSCI, CMI, or equivalent (preferred but not essential) The perks Be part of a major transformation program impacting the future of wealth management Hybrid working environment – work from home and the CBD office A collaborative and supportive team environment Why Centric?
