Partner with the best As a Field Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for making technical decisions which directly impact the relevant projects safety record, schedule, and operation. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: Ensuring all in-field activities, both offshore and onshore, are carried out safely complying with company environmental HSE guidelines and procedures. Installing and maintaining of Baker Hughes XT’s and/or Light Well Intervention (LWI) associated equipment involving. Working closely with Project and Engineering teams to meet deadlines set. Participating in all safety related initiatives on/offshore effectively. Involving in Baker Hughes Subsea X-mas Tree (XT) manufacture and testing. Preparing resolution of technical problems both on/offshore and pro-active involvement in product improvement Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have educational background in Technical or Engineering study or proven knowledge & experience in relevant fields. Have at least 5 years of relevant experience as Field Service Specialist and/or Field Service Engineer for both offshore and onshore. Able to show technical knowledge with demonstrable exposure to Horizontal/Vertical XT Operations. Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills Have a Mechanical / Hydraulic apprenticeship with significant offshore experience in a Surface / Subsea environment Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
