We are seeking a Cadet Customer Service Representative to join our impressive Moorebank Team This is an entry level job for someone looking to start their career in the Logistics industry. What's the role? Demonstrate and disseminate a positive safety culture throughout all levels of the business and operations Comply with and promote the QLRS Safety Management System (SMS) Assist in the development of master and working rosters and ensure that fatigue is managed as far as is reasonably practicable. Manage the allocation of train crew resources to meet business requirements Where instructed align train crew rosters with agreed training plans in order to ensure effective and timely training and career development for train crew Where possible eliminate the rostering of train crew overtime by assisting in train crew resource planningPromote QLRS in all forums to raise the organisation's profile within industry and to generate additional interest from potential customers Encourage the process of a ‘just culture’ throughout the organisation What are we offering?
