You’ll be responsible for leading day‑to‑day operations, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth through smart service strategies and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a skilled team of technicians and service professionals. Drive service department performance, efficiency, and profitability. Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint. Promote the service offering to existing and new customers. Manage workflow, scheduling, and workshop operations. Foster a strong, positive, and accountable team culture. What You’ll Bring Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service‑related role. Strong mechanical knowledge & mechanical trade qualifications & previous experience (trucks, agriculture, or construction equipment preferred). The ability to coach, mentor and lead teams to hit performance targets. Confidence in promoting services and developing new business. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Solid computer literacy (AUTO IT or similar DMS is highly regarded). A proactive, “can‑do” mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and taking ownership of the department results.
