Dental Reception/Dental Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Reception/Dental Assistant to join our vibrant team at the Norfolk Village Dental clinic in Ormeau, QLD. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the smooth running of our dental practice and providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients. What you'll be doing Welcoming and greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Managing patient records and updating electronic medical histories Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies Processing payments and managing patient accounts Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and infection control Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries What we're looking for Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist, preferably in a similar dental practice setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Enthusiasm and a positive attitude A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a team What we offer At Norfolk Village Dental clinic, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
