Novaskill, in partnership with Northern Beaches Council, is offering a full-time, paid traineeship at the beautifulRoundhouse Children’s Centre . You’ll work alongside a passionate team, receive dedicated mentoring and finish with a CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. About the Role As a Diploma trainee, you’ll be part of a supportive team while gaining hands‑on leadership experience in a high-quality early learning environment. Your day‑to‑day will include: Supporting and leading play‑based learning for children aged 0–6 Helping to plan and implement programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Building strong and respectful relationships with children and families Collaborating with experienced educators and stepping into leadership opportunities Growing your skills in planning, observation and teamwork Learning Outcomes Implement creative play strategies for the inclusion of all children Design educational programs that nurture creativity and establish a safe learning environment for all Work in partnership with families to provide appropriate education and for children Implement child development theory in play activities and across practices in general Why Grow Your Career Here?
