About the Restructuring and Insolvency Team Our award-winning Restructuring and Insolvency team is dynamic and valued for its pragmatic, commercial and partner-led service. We advise funds, banks, borrowers, investors and directors, as well as many leading insolvency practitioners, on all types of distressed transactions and special situations – including before and after formal insolvency administrations. We have extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency work. In addition to front-end matters, we advise and act in disputes and applications arising in restructures and workouts, voluntary administrations, liquidations and receiverships. Our restructuring and insolvency services include: distressed debt investing and exits distressed mergers and acquisitions (M&A) voluntary administrations, liquidations and receiverships disputes and applications arising in relation to all of the above restructuring and workouts See recent matters here: About You You will be joining a team that works on some of the most complex restructuring and insolvency matters in Australia. To succeed, you should have a strong desire and the capability to work on high-profile and technically challenging transactions. You will bring: four to six years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) focused on restructuring and insolvency excellent drafting and advice writing skills strong analytical ability the confidence to work directly with clients the ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team What We Will Offer You You’ll be working alongside a close-knit, friendly and high performing team.
