You will: Deliver high-quality, respectful customer service as a key contact point for clients and stakeholders Actively promote breast screening participation through community engagement and follow-up activities Assist with marketing and recruitment initiatives, including communications, events and mobile van coordination Maintain accurate records, databases, schedules and reports to support service delivery Manage competing priorities with accuracy, initiative and attention to detail while building strong working relationships This role is primarily based at Westmead Hospital, with occasional travel to community events, including some weekend attendance as required.
