We’re seeking an organised and community-minded Social Support Meal Coordinator to lead the delivery of nutritious meal programs and provide essential administrative and operational support across our Social Support services. Reporting to the Team Leader, Social Support Program, you’ll work closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure meals and services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational and regulatory standards. This role supports food safety compliance, resource management, and continuous improvement to enhance participant wellbeing and social connection. Key Objectives Coordinate the planning, preparation, and delivery of nutritious meals that meet dietary and food safety requirements. Oversee safe kitchen operations in line with Class 2 kitchen and Food Safety Plan standards. Provide administrative and financial support, including data management, invoicing, and budget tracking. Support participant intake, assessments, and coordination within Social Support programs. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. Contribute to quality improvement, reporting and audit activities. Adhere to organisational values, policies, and legislative requirements.
