The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and ambitious Solicitor with at least 5 years Post Admission Experience (PAE) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Commercial Law: Draft and review business sale contracts, shareholder agreements, commercial leases, corporate documents, and advise clients on business and compliance matters. Corporate Law: Advise on company structures, partnership arrangements, directors' duties, share transfers, corporate governance, entity setup, restructuring, and compliance under the Corporations Act — providing strategic guidance to support business growth and stability. Property Law: Handle conveyancing, leasing, property development, due diligence, and subdivision work; assist clients in resolving property-related matters. Wills & Estates: Draft wills, powers of attorney, simple estate plans, and assist with basic probate and estate administration matters. Client Management: Provide practical, commercially‑minded advice and develop strong, lasting client relationships. Business Development: Actively participate in the firm's business development initiatives, including networking events and online engagement, with the goal of developing your own client following and professional presence. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial, corporate, property, or wills & estates work. Strong drafting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in client engagement. Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple matters efficiently.
