B1 Homes, part of the Scott Park Group is a well established residential builder with a strong presence in WA. Building homes for first home buyers, B1 Homes is continually growing to deliver a professional service to customers and produce award winning homes, which requires a well-versed team backing our products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Liaison Officer to join our team in Osborne Park on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The Role The role of the Client Liaison Officer (CLO) is responsible for effectively managing the client relationship from the commencement of construction to handover. This includes being the key point of contact between clients and all other major areas within the Company including drafting/estimating, scheduling, pre‑start and construction throughout the build process, capturing any client concerns or complaints, preparing change requests and allocating relevant resources for resolution.

Your duties will include: Supporting our clients through the construction phase of building their home in providing regular updates and resolving any queries during the build process. Working with Site Supervisors to schedule client meetings and obtain accurate information. Consulting with suppliers on product knowledge and materials. Preparation of documentation for site; including raising variation orders as required.

Organising and conducting key handover meetings with our clients. Any other tasks relevant to the role.
