About The Role Location: Forestville, New South Wales, Australia This is a full-time contract opportunity until December 2026. Starting base hourly rate $32.36 to $39.18, negotiable based on experience and qualifications, plus super, plus access to salary packaging options. The service operates in school terms with school holidays paid. Leave benefits are included. What You’ll Be Doing Build meaningful bonds with children, guiding their social, emotional and cognitive growth. Partner with families, welcoming them as collaborators in their child’s learning journey. Create environments that spark curiosity, exploration and problem-solving. Promote belonging, safety and wellbeing, and advocate for children’s rights. Support educators and contribute to continuous improvement across the service. Engage in ongoing learning, reflection and professional development.
