Key Responsibilities Lead a team of product managers that develops and executes product strategies for Residential (SP & PP) and C&I electricity smart metering solutions as well as peripheral products such as Distributed Transformer Monitoring (DTM) and Low-Voltage Feeder (LVF) monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product development and launch. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market insights. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance targets. Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product satisfaction. Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. Manages to innovative operational and / or functional objectives that enable successful execution of larger department goals, ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans. Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Experience 4 years relevant IEC metering experience in sales, engineering or marketing. 4 years of product management experience.
